Questions

Before you start.

Who is Alojas for?
For anyone renting out a place by the day or week in Spain: houses, flats, chalets, villas, penthouses and country homes. One property or twenty.
How much does it cost?
Nothing. No fee, no commission on bookings. The deal is between you and your guest.
Do I need to know about websites?
No. You paste the listing you already use on Facebook, upload photos and that's it.
What if I'm already on Airbnb or Booking?
It still helps. This is your direct channel for groups, social media and returning guests.
Do I need a tourist licence?
It depends on your region. If you have one, add it: it reassures guests. If not, you can leave the field empty.
Can I hide a property when it's fully booked?
Yes, and you can show it again whenever you want, with everything saved.
Can I change the information later?
Yes. Dates, prices or photos, without changing the link.
Can I publish several properties?
Yes. Each one with its own link, plus one with all of them together. Up to 12 photos each.
Can my pages be in English?
Yes. In your profile you choose the language of your pages: Spanish or English.
